Hull has 1 water tight bulkheads made from ¼" plate

Hull transverse framing is every 18" made from 4" x 3" x ¼" Angle

Frames are gusseted with 3/8" thick gussets (true boat framing)

Main Deck is made from ¼" A-36 Plate

All hull penetrations have a 3/8" thick doubler plate attached to the hull.

Hull will have a T-Joint where hull bottom meets side shell

Hull will have 4" sch 80 half pipe down each side

(4) 1" thick by 6" lifting eyes 5’ long welded through the hull

V-struts made from ¾" thick x 10" Flat Bar, 4" x ½" flat Bar and 6" x ¾" Flat Bar

Constructed of 3/16" Plate Steel and 3" x 2" Angle Iron/ Insulation/Paneling

Pilot house will have 360 degree Viewing and (2) side sliding windows

Engine room will have 12V Lights 4

Cabin will have 12V lights 2

(2) Forward Flood Lights (2) Aft Flood Lights

Pilot House will have Dome Light White/Red Bulb 12 V

Electrical:

Vessel will have (3) 12V power panels and (1) AC Power Panel w/ outlets if applicable

Vessel will be equipped with (windshield wiper, horn, marine radio,

Compass, rudder angle indicator, switches and electrical outlets if applicable.

Pilot House will have an Air Conditioner Roof Top Unit if applicable

Gen Sets Available per customers need and request

Will be all ¼" plate constructed, have an 18" access hatch, baffles, 3" pipe

Fill, 3" pipe vent with safety valve attached, strike plate.

Fuel Tank will be 630 Gallons with a drain sump installed.

Fuel Tank will have a ball vent check valve installed.

Fuel Tank has Sight glass and emergency fuel shut off

All Voids will have a minimum of 18" access hatch installed and vented with a

2 ½" candy cane style vent with screen guard protection.

Tiller Arms:

Will be made from 1" thick Plate

Jockey Bar:

Will be made from 2 ½" solid round bar.

Hull and Rudders will receive anodes ( one on each side, one on each rudder)

Vessel will come with (2) 10 Ton Nabrico Winches, and 6" button chocks.

Smaller HP Vessels containing (2) 5 Ton Wintech Winches and 6" button chocks

Push Knees :

Will contain steps up the back and hand rail guides.

Rudder and Tiller Arm area will be visible from deck and protected by grating.

Coating System:

All Steel will be coated with Interplate 937 shop coat. Then recoated

with a Dura Plate 235 epoxy coating white. Then the White below the water line

and exterior of the boat will be coated with a Dura Plate 235 epoxy black. All

other areas like engine room, cabin exterior will be coated with an Akrylon top

coat to match the customer’s color scheme.

All steel will sand blasted or equivalent prior to any coating.

Main Deck and walking areas will be coated with an America Safety Product Anti

Skid-this is usually grey.

Bow Bit and Aft Tow Bit will be 6" sch 80 Pipe through the deck and to bottom of hull

Vessel name will be welded on in 10" high letters in three place seal welded on
